IMPACT, by Mindset180, is designed to help you unlock the necessary skills to lead through influence, in all of these areas.

It begins with a half-day workshop; in it, you will build a fundamental knowledge of the skills needed to influence change, you will identify key goals and start your journey towards goal-orientation and leading by influence.

We'll follow up with four one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure that you are staying on-track and moving in the right direction.

In addition, you will become part of the Mindset180 Leadership Community, where you will have access to tools, tips and tricks to help you on your path.
